Wickward
One of the outer ring's oldest cantons, very very close to the outermost wall. You can — on the quietest of nights — from here, hear the garrison's watch bells.
Overview
Wickward is an outer-ring canton of Caligo — old, weathered, close enough to the outermost wall that the watch bells of the garrison can be heard inside the canton on a quiet night. It is a working district. Soap makers, leather workers, dye houses, small shops. The kind of canton where the lamps go out early and the patrols know they can shelter inside the guardhouse during a hard rain without much risk.

Atmosphere
Cobblestone wet most nights. Lamp light reflective. The smell of lye carries blocks. The garrison is bored. The Inquisition does not visit often, which is exactly why the Resistance prefers it.
